The project, which consists of 265 units ranging in size from 617 to 1,320 square feet, feature a variety of amenities for tenants, including a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse, private parking garages situated in all of the buildings located in the complex, a courtyard gaming area, pool and cabanas, a dog park, a pickleball court, and BBQ and picnic areas.
