The overall Reno Spaghetti Bowl project. Critical project stakeholders include the Reno-Sparks Indian Colony (RSIC) and the US Army Corps of Engineers. The Lage Design team worked closely with the Department’s Landscape Architects and representatives of the RSIC to design landscape and aesthetics treatments that reflect the history, culture, and traditions of the local tribes. Design elements will include story walls, pre-cast and bronze sculptures, and wall appliqués that capture the design themes expressed in numerous design meetings with RSIC and Department staff.
